I believe AL WebMail Pro (PHP) 6.1 does not support synchronization of contacts and calendar items with a google account (I mean live sync, not a one-time import).
Is this on the agenda any time soon?

As far as I can tell, there are no plans to add this kind of functionality in the nearest future. Several modifications are expected for contacts section shortly (in particular, related to global address book support), and there are some known issues with calendar and mobile sync. All this should be dealt with before we can proceed with adding more features.
