To whom it may concern, what if all available encodings are used with MessageParserConfig.EncodingOverride Property and html message is still not being shown correctly

Windows mail show them right with Arabic (Windows) windows-1256 and Hebrew (Windows) windows-1255 (1256 and 1255)

Can you please provide a self-contained sample we could use to reproduce the issue? Make sure all the values are hard-coded, you can load specific message from EML file to avoid having to load it from the server.
