Hello Team,
we have installed webmail lite 8.1 and was installed easily and was working cool.
but suddenly now we are not able to load the page has we are getting
HTTP 500 error.

You need to check what's in webserver / PHP logs. If we have a relevant entry of the log file, we may be able to assist you further on this.
