Hi,

I need to use MailbeeObjects on a remote server which uses a proxy server to connect to the internet.

So far I've managed to install it but it gives me the message "Error #3".

Also, the proxy server has a smart filter which block certain webpages (such as webmail).

I'm trying to connect to imap.google.com.

What do you think is stopping this?

Thank you for your help!
Dan

Error code 3 means that remote host cannot be resolved. This means that either incorrect hostname is specified or the application cannot reach Internet through the proxy.

Those components are used to access mailbox via IMAP and POP3 protocols, respectively. With regards to features, IMAP is much more feature rich compared to POP3: folders support, read/unread message status etc.
