Hello I was testing the pro version but I noticed that 2 different servers does not work.
Example server1.com
Server2.com example
I saw a post here followed step as it explains that would be on server put Example server1.com and on the other server leave blank.
But one server connects and another does not.]
From the same message
Invalid email or password or account disabled.
It seems impossible to use more than one server.
Any solution to that

Sorry, not sure I understand what exactly is the problem. Can you show screenshots of how exactly you configured both the servers? Thanks.

Hello I will enter the panel and take the print
the test i did are 2 servers with different ips.
domain1.com ip 1
domain2.com ip 2
In server group one I put the domain.com1
And in the other server group I left it blank
What is left blank works normal for email accounts.
Server group 2 login does not work
Invalid login or password or account disabled

What if you leave just the 2nd server and remove the first one temporarily, does it work? In fact, this sounds like the issue with particular IMAP server/account rather than with the product setup.

the 2 servers works your example
* domain1.com it works
Ja with domain domain.com does not work
Another example
* domain2.com it works
Ja with domain domain1.com does not work
Question is that it does not work with 2 active servers it seems that the script blocks login for some reason.
For example even if I fail to login if I am in damin create user manually it logs without errors.

Domain configuration that is generating error to use more than one server
Leave blank if all email accounts need to use this email server. Otherwise, if you have multiple servers or want to restrict access to certain email domains, list them here, one domain per line. When it is not known which email server to use for an email account at first login, Webmail uses this list to choose the appropriate email server or report a login error if the domain is not in any list. Wildcard ("*" char) means any domain except those already listed. Wildcard or empty list may appear only once among all Domain lists on all mail servers.

Sorry, I'm still not sure I understand this. If you supply "*" for list of domains (or just leave the list empty), it can only be done for one of the mail servers in the list. That's why I'm asking if it works if you only have one mail server.
If the issue occurs with multiple servers added, we need screenshots showing the configuration of all the servers added.

Also, if you're looking for assistance from our team, you can post a request in HelpDesk and provide access details for your admin panel and test account(s) the issue can be reproduced with.
