Hello, I have installed afterlogic webmail lite. I am using Exim as my MTA and dovecot for IMAP. I created two users on ubuntu. For one user it is working fine but for other user it is unable to fetch his inbox.
Any help would be appreciated.

To find out what's causing this, you'll need to debug the application. Enable logging in AdminPanel, make sure log verbosity is set to Debug, reproduce the problem and check the log file, it will contain full conversation between WebMail and IMAP server so that should allow for determining the reason of the problem.
