Sometimes, the login page shows this information:

Warning: Unknown: Failed to write session data (files). Please verify that the current setting of session.save_path is correct (/tmp) in Unknown on line 0
What can we do to solve it?

Sounds like there are issues with storing session data, you need to recheck the path session.save_path is pointing to, either the drive is out of free space or cannot be access due to lack of permissions.
