i cant login to mail & iam useing hmailserver

Looks like the connection is immediately interrupted by some protective software (antivirus/firewall/etc), if you have one of these running on the same machine where WebMail is installed, try disabling it temporarily for testing purposes.
If it's possible to install any other email client to the machine where you run WebMail, check if you can access that mail server with other client.
