Hello,
I get this error message during the first step of installation.
Tried your session_test.php and it gives me "session OK".
Any glue?

Try removing or commenting the following line in /adminpanel/core/session.php file:
Code:
@session_set_cookie_params(3600); |
|
|
You'll need to press "Retry", refreshing page in web browser won't be enough.
Hope this helps!

That's interesting...
I have commented the line and pressed retry. The next button has appeared, but after pressing I got back to install.php?check with session.save_path error lighting red again. Pressing retry doesn't help and no more next button has appeared.
I tried doing that in the other browser and the first run didn't show the error, but after pressing next I got back to the same situation...

No problem, don't worry :)
Is it possible to provide us with an externally accessible URL of the installation? Please send the info via HelpDesk. Be sure to include this forum thread URL. Thank you!

Confirmed. I've forwarded the details to the developers. Once there are news I will be in touch.
