Please, I got this error in account.

Fatal error: Class 'MailProcessor' not found in
/usr/local/cpanel/base/wm/webmail/models/webmail
_model.php on line 277

What could it be?

Are you using Lite or Pro version of the product? Which version number do you have installed?

The problem occurs when the user changes the password of your email.

Could you please clarify this? Are you basically saying that changing password for email account and logging in using a new password causes this error message? And, we'll need to know the version number you use.

Yes, when you change the email password in cpanel, it appears this problem.

Try modifying /models/webmail_model.php file (line ~365):

      require_once(WM_ROOTPATH.'comm on/class_account.php');

      require_once(WM_ROOTPATH.'comm on/class_dbstorage.php');

Add the following line:
