Hi All,
I'm new to Afterlogic Webmail and i'm considering it for our deployment. I've downloaded the trial version. But as yet i had no luck in signing in. Our username is the email address. Everytime i try to login or set a new user with the username being the email the system reports a : "Illegal characters in path." .
Am i leaving out a setting or am i missing something?
In the Admin panel i've set the login screen to "Use Email as login" but still to no avail.
Any clues to this problem will be greatly appreciated.

Have you downloaded PHP or .NET version of WebMail Pro?
If you'd like AfterLogic Support staff to help you on this, please submit your request to our HelpDesk and provide access details for your WebMail Pro installation (URL, test email account, mailadm password, FTP access etc.) which would allow us to help you resolve the issue.
