before I used webmail liter php running for the front-end software of my share-hosting space and it is working properly always. Now, I installed Webmail Pro Php in the same way(I did not install Xmail server),but when I logged in, it always comes out "can`t create account" error message.

Did you try adding account in WebMail Pro Admin Panel? If you'd like to be able to create new WebMail Pro accounts on login, check the appropriate option in "Common Settings" screen ("Allow automatic registration of new users on first login").

Did you use web installation wizard shipped with the product? Did you encounter any issues and/or error messages during the installation?

Be sure to specify SQL server credentials in "Database Settings" screen of WebMail Pro Admin Panel and click "Create tables" button there.
