Support,
As suggested by you we have created multiple instances of Queue and have assigned different IPs. But now the mail server is not able to take that kind of load. is it not possible for the message queue to send mails directly using the DNS and this way bypass the mail server?
This is done by http://www.quiksoft.com queue.
This will definitely help all of us.

The current version of MMQ doesn't support direct sending. This feature will be implemented in MMQ.NET, but its release date is not assigned yet as the development temporarily frozen.
As for now, the only way is to setup multiple SMTP relay servers. AfterLogic XMail Server Lite (free version) is enough for this purpose.

1. We have setup multiple MMQ with individual IP.
2. We want the individual IP to reflect in outgoing mails so if yahoo/gmail have restriction on receiving mails from single IP there will be some respite. Will xMail server be able to use these individual IPs?
3. How much mails will xmail server be able to deliver on a quad core 1.86 Ghz machine with 4 GB ram & SAS HDD with 100 Mbps bandwidth to Internet? Any specs?
4. Does xmail server has any per session mail control feature?

Yes, just install it on several workstations/servers with different IPs. Please note, you'd need to assign MX record to each IP address, otherwise, most mail servers would reject your messages.

It's not possible to provide any exact numbers in this regard as it depends on many factors, e.g. messages' size, recipients' servers responsiveness (depends on their load and other factors), your 100 Mbps pipe load, other processes running on the same machine, etc. However, I should say, AfterLogic XMail Server provides performance competitive with most popular mail servers. We're going to perform some synthetic tests and get some exact numbers in the future.
