Can the Message Queue be paused and resumed? Do you have a screenshot of the interface?

Yes, Message Queue can be stopped and then continued. Currently, this is controlled by commands in MailBee Message Queue section of Programs menu (i.e. without visual interface).

However, upcoming (within a few weeks) 1.2 version will also have dialog-based visual control panel for Message Queue.
