Hello,

i've problems with special characters in the subject-field(like "ä","ö","ü","ß").

The recipients(not all) get only
"X"-characters.

Your message contains extended characters which cannot be represented using 7bit chars. Some e-mail clients and gateways do not support extended characters. You should use Message.EncodeHeaderText method to wrap extended characters into 7bit form safe for transmission over the Internet:

strTemp = objSMTP.Message.EncodeHeaderText("Subject", "дцьЯ", "windows-1252", 2)
objSMTP.Message.Subject = strTemp

You can learn more in MailBee Objects Documentation-> Code Samples-> Sending e-mails (SMTP)-> International e-mails.

Regards,
Alex
