Where do I find documentation on how to integrate the docker instance with my current file store or assign an S3 store? Thanks

Aurora Files uses DAV server for managing and syncing files and contacts, so there's no easy way to replace its native storage with your existing one. You can, however, replace local file storage of Aurora Files with S3-compatible one, please see:
