Sorry, I am sure there is documentation on the product somewhere that I have not found. My issue is using the docker container, I am not able to save pgp keys for paranoid encryption and have to reupload on each login.

PGP keys aren't stored on the server for privacy reasons, they're placed in your browser's local storage. The only exception is when you store keys of other people, in that case they're stored in the database within contacts.
