You need to enable complete stack trace in the logs, by setting LogStackTrace to true in data/settings/config.json configuration file. Note that it will result in getting sensitive information such as passwords in the logs, so you may need to replace those when posting the exception details.

Also, make sure your environment meets minimal system requirements, that can be checked using the compatibility test.
