Is there a way to show file list in Chinese? When I make a new folder in Chinese, it just show the folder icon without folder name.

Can you please post a couple of folder names here? We don't speak Chinese ourselves, and with the help of Google Translate we've tried a few various names, for example 测试教科书 - it worked like a charm:
We have tested this at Aurora Files Live Demo, is the issue reproduced for you there? Also, does it occur in more than one browser?

The demo site is OK, I build it up on my win7 with XAMPP/php 5.51,
all the list and folder name turn out blank.

OK but if you change interface language to Chinese, do you see those characters, like, anywhere else in the interface of the product rendered correctly?
Also, is there a possibility to get remote access to the installation? URL and an account that is. You can send the credentials securely via HelpDesk.

Also note that PHP 5.6 or 7.* is required for Aurora Files, the product is not guaranteed to work correctly under 5.5:
