I installed version 8.3.15 of Webmail Lite via cPanel (using the Softaculous tool) into a .com/mail directory.
Everything is working fine but when I looked for theTwoFactorAuth module that was supposed to be in ...mail/data/settings/modules/TwoFactorAuth.config.json as described in the official documentation here: https://afterlogic.com/docs/webmail-lite-8/configuring-webmail/two-factor-authentication I couldn't find it initially.
When I searched the entire /mail directory which is the installation source, I found the correct configuration file in .../mail/modules/TwoFactorAuth/config.json
Perhaps the official docs need to be updated?

The file you're referring to is the default one which works as a template for creating an actual config file under data directory. To make sure the configuration file itself is generated, click "Update configuration" button in Database Settings screen of admin interface.
We're now working on adjusting the mechanism of creating configuration files so all the files are instantiated when needed.
