Hi
Aurora is latest version, onlyoffice is latest version.
When i click "edit" window opens and background loads (spreadsheet editor) and then i get message: download failed.
And indeed, nginx log on aurora side shows that documentserver nodejs tried to download file, but got 403 error.
When i try same URL with browser, it works OK.
Some security settings needs to be configured maybe?
Any hints?

Well, got it working.
Somehow if i set domain name as parameter for "TrustedServerHost" variable, it did not work.
But if i set IP address, it works.
Weird....

Still i have one weird problem.
If i open pdf file from mail attachment, it is displayed OK.
But, if i stay in same folder and open same pdf file after about 5 min or so, i'll get dialog box: https://ibb.co/1b81CsW
When i click OK on dialog box, document opens, but content inside is:

If i move mail message with attachment to another folder, attachment pdf opens OK, if i move message back to its original folder (where attachment did not open), it opens again.

In Aurora demo, it works.
Could it be that in documentserver side there is some sort of session timeout or something?
Documentserver is configured as described here: https://afterlogic.com/docs/aurora-corporate-8/configuring-webmail/office-document-editor-advanced-configuration
No other changes are made there (except secret).

There's a known issue with TrustedServerHost value, it's already corrected by the developers and the fix will be in the next release. For now, try setting that value to empty string, does it help?

Can you please set LogStackTrace to true in data/settings/config.json configuration file and provide the updated logs? Note that you may need to remove sensitive information from those logs. Thanks.

Took a bit longer than we expected, have found a few issues and were working on fixing those. Have just rolled out v8.8.2 of Aurora available here - should be working fine for both viewing office document and dealing with them in Files.
Aside from upgrading an existing installation, I'd recommend to try setting up a blank install of Aurora, just to make sure the previous configuration files don't affect the behavior in any way.

First time it opens OK, after a while it doesnt any more.

I have tried reproducing this on two different installations of Aurora, and it just works as expected.
To make sure we're on the same page: I open email message with PDF attachment, it opens fine (using OnlyOffice Docs viewer), I close the viewer and stay on the same message, and after 5-10 minutes I click "View" on that same attachment again, this is where I'm supposed to see the error. Is that correct?
I have two more questions: is the issue specific to viewing mail attachments? I mean, if you try viewing .PDF in Files, does it work correctly there? Also, do you encounter any issues with a default viewer, when OnlyOffice integration is disabled?

Yes, your description is correct.
And also yes, issue is specific to mail attachments, if file is located in Files, everything works OK all the time.
And in case of attachments, you don't have to stay on same page, you can even log out and later log back in and you still cannot view attachment any more. In conclusion: you can view it only once.
But, if you move mail message to some other folder, then you can view attachment again, but again after 5min, you cannot view attachment any more.
And if you then move message back to its original folder, you can view attachment again, but again, after ~5min, you cannot view it any more.
Also, if you cannot view attachment any more, what helps is just moving message to other folder and back, then you can view attachment again.
Browser internal pdf viewer works ok, (if i disable onlyoffice integration).
Also, i have nextcloud instance connected with same secret to same onlyoffice instance and in nextcloud side also everything works OK all the time.
Tests are done in our test instance, which have been upgraded in the past from version to version.
I'm now doing clean install (with clean db) test. If clean install is ok, then we can rule code problems out, and in that case we have to look settings or database. I also tried to create new user account, to see if that helps, but it suffered same behavior as already existing accounts.
I'll let you know of the results.

Unfortunately clean install did not help.
What i did:
Code:
1. Downloaded and unpacked aurora to /var/www
2. Logged in to aurora UI as superadmin and changed superadmin username and set password
3. Created mysql database and user
4. In aurora admin UI, saved DB credentials
5. In aurora admin UI, clicked "create/update tables" and "update configuration"
6. In aurora admin UI, enabled debug logging and set verbosity to debug and enabled user activity logging
7. In aurora admin UI, entered my license key
8. In aurora admin UI, created mail server (name, domain, imap ip, smtp ip)
9. Changed in settings/config.json file LogStackTrace to true
10. Changed in settings/modules/OfficeDocumentViewer.config.json file Disabled to true
11. Changed in settings/modules/Office/document/Editor.config.json file Disabled to false, DocumentServerUrl to https:\/\/office.mydomain.com, Secret to mysecret, TrustedServerHost to office.mydomain.com
12. Logged to aurora as normal user (user already existed on IMAP server)
13. Opened mail attachment (xslx file) from message that was in INBOX - onlyoffice window opened OK with document inside
14. Closed onlyoffice window and waited 5 minutes
15. Tried to open same attachment again - opening failed with:

What i also did was:
When 5min passed, i changed OfficeDocumentEditor.config.json to second onlyoffice server, to see if maybe it is onlyoffice server problem. (Second server does not use secret)
But then when i tried to open attachment (that failed on first onlyoffice server) it did not open (this was first query to second server), error message was exactly same as previously.
This indicates that problem is not on onlyoffice server side.
After moving message to other folder and back to inbox, second onlyoffice server displayed attachment correctly, but again, after 5min again attachment cannot be displayed.

And one more thing i noticed.
In aurora demo (hosted by afterlogic), when you open attachment, viewer has different URL after "?editor=mail-attachment%2F", but in my server, that part remains always same.
It only changes after i move message to different folder.
This may be reason why it works on aurora demo server and not in mine.
Any ideas, why URL does not change in my server?

Developers have provided a small update for Aurora Corporate v8.8.2, you can download it here; please backup your static/js directory and replace it with the package content. You'll also need to set "UseAppMinJs" to false in data/settings/config.json file, and clear web browser cache to make sure the changes apply.

It seems that my browser cache was not empty. :(
After applying update and cleaning cache properly, it works OK.
Url parameters are different every time attachment is viewed and now this 5min problem is gone.
Will this update be integrated into next version?
