hi there,

I am running 5.1.3 on .NET via IMAP

I have added a new IMAP folder to an email account and I now want to subscribe.

I can see the new folder in the folder list but I cannot make any changes here, i get the error;

"You should specify a correct folder name."

This is even if I make no changes and just click save. The new folder is called 'Delivery Notifications'

Any ideas..?

Thanks

EDIT--If I create the folder via the web interface it is at least subscribed automatically but I still receive the error if I try to make any changes.

To find out what exactly is causing this, you'll need to check the logs enabled as described here. Be sure to enable both the logging methods.

All logging is turned on and I'm getting this message. The logs are not helpful and the link provided 404's ... any ideas?

Logging can be enabled as shown here. Note that WebMail Lite ASP.NET has two logs and, depending on the issue, both may need to be checked.

WebMail Lite ASP.NET is no longer maintained and it's available on "AS IS" basis. We recommend to switch to free WebMail Lite PHP or commercial WebMail Pro ASP.NET.
