HI friends,i have two problems-
1)I have just installed lite version on my vps- os windows server 2008r2,after installation when i forwarded to admin login to do settings when i fill the credentials in add a new domain it was directed seems like addng but suddenly disappeard without any error message and there is no domain in the list it is just empty.what should i do??? please do reply i need to set it up urgent please
2when i tried to do my first login as a user i am getting error- Internal server error please contact your system admin; while during installation everything is connected and in hmail server logs it shows user logged in and then suddenly logged out.i tried with different users as well but no luck -i re installed it but still same problem. please help

I am unable to add a new domain under the adminpanel as well. There isn't an option or a button to do so.

Domains must be created on the mail server only. Webmail does not need them.
Actually, you can create domains in WebMail Pro but they are not "real" mail domains. It's just user groups (so that you can have different skin or interface language for different groups of users). I.e. it's not the core functionality, and available only in the advanced version.

its asp.net version and still problem is there even after reinstalling it many times. i tried with demo version of pro as well same asp.net but same problem

To help you on this, system logs are required, they're enabled in web.config as per this forum thread.
