Hi - do you have any 'pre-configured' spam and non-spam databases which we can download rather than having to create our own?

We don't have such database, and even if we do, it might not work for you as spam is really subjective thing and marking messages as spam is based on personal preferences in this regard. For instance, if I receive an email with software news, I will not mark this as spam even though I didn't request that email.
