The issue seems to be caused by your system configuration, not by MailBee.NET Objects. We've searched through Google on this, most of the search results are somewhat equivalent to the following one:

Quote:
This error indicates a shortage of resources on your system. It can occur if you're trying to run too many applications (of any kind) simultaneously on your machine. If this tends to occur after running certain applications for a while, it might be a symptom of an application that doesn't return system resources (like memory) properly. It may also indicate you are not closing the applications properly. If it persists, exit Windows or reboot your machine to remedy the problem. You can monitor available memory with Program Manager's "Help/About..." command.

We recommend to verify that connection is not blocked by protective software (firewall, antivirus etc.). There's a chance that some third-party application made a mess in Windows registry records related to TCP/IP settings. You can check the following links in order to detect and correct such issues:

Link 1 | Link 2 | Link 3

You may also try to reproduce the issue on another machine with the same operating system installed. Most assuredly, this is an environment issue.
