Is it possible to add an attachment as both attachment and inline?

Say if I want to use an image that I have attached to the mail in the HTML of the mail, but still leave it like a normal attachment.

Only if you add it twice (as inline and as normal). In MIME, it's perfectly OK to have two attachments with the same filename.
