Hi,
I am using the MailBee SMTP for sending emails to clients using an application i build. I create a a relese exe and use that to send emails. It works fine on my end but when i try to run it on a different PC, it gives me a Username and Password not accepted error.

Here is the error which comes back:

The server has rejected authentication data sent by the client. The server responded: 535-5.7.8 Username and Password not accepted.

Can you guys help me with this? i tried the captcha option but it didnt work, tried signing in on the new system, and it signed in but still it gives me this error.

Hello,

We might be able to assist if you provide us with the logs. You can enable those as shown here.

I understand you're using MailBee.NET Objects; just in case if this is about MailBee Objects (ActiveX), you can enable logs as shown here.

You can send us the logs privately via HelpDesk for examination.
