is there a posibility to edit the mailbody (IMAP-Connection) and replace some text/html?

You can download a message, modify its HTML body, then delete the original message and expunge it from server, and then upload the new version. Naturally, it will change the message UID and index on the server; IMAP protocol doesn't allow for replacing an existing message.
