Hi,

I need to have only one access a time to a specified inbox. Is it possible to lock the inbox since a previous disconnection is performed? (All the connections have the same account)

Mail client can't affect on decision of mail server to lock mailbox if another mail client already connected to the same mailbox, but this may be a configuration setting of mail server.
