Hello
I have webmail 9 installed on my iis server. Everything works as it should, except that the admin panel page displays some drop down menus etc. See arrow_drop_down and close text at top right. I have attached a picture so you can see. What is wrong?

That's strange, I don't think I've ever seen that before.
Icons in the adminpanel are a part of font, and most likely, the font didn't load for some reason. If you open browser console with F12 key, open Network tab and enable "Font" filter, you should see 4 fonts loaded there:
My guess is, at least one of those fonts didn't load, the status would be different from 200, perhaps 404 or something else.
All the fonts in question should be loaded from adminpanel/fonts/ directory of the installation, so you may need to recheck that the files are actually there and the server doesn't block loading them.

Do you actually have those files under adminpanel/fonts/ directory of your WebMail Pro installation? If yes, I'd recommend to check IIS logs, some configuration could be preventing from serving those files.
