I've downloaded and setup on local. It's getting emails slowly on every request. I tried to disable 'use-prefetch' and threading options.

So is there any way to store emails in db or is it possible some caching system?

For our customer, It's very important getting emails very fastly on first screen.

Prefetching you have mentioned is actually the caching system WebMail Pro uses to speed up opening mails - but for that to work, WebMail needs to download those emails first.

To make message list displayed faster on logging in, aside from disabling prefetching and threading, we suggest to set a smaller number of mails per page, 10 for example.

The product doesn't support caching mails in the database, it works with those directly on mail server.
