Afterlogic team,
I want to throw an idea your way.
WebMail Pro has a whole lot going for it. It has a lot of awesome features.
The three frame layout, though, is not my favorite.
I think a more efficient design and improved user experience could be created without too many changes.... or perhaps something like this could set as an optional setting.
I've put together a video mockup of my proposed interface. A bit rough (and blurred for privacy), but I think you will see what I am getting at:

I think this would combine the benefits of having webmail with a more solid desktop-like feel.
Please take a look - and other users reading this please take a look and provide feedback so we know if it's just me that would like this or if there are others :)

Thank you for valuable input. Great job! However, it would involve many, really many changes (and make the product more complex and harder to maintain due to the need to support both 3-pane and 2-pane view). Our primary focus now is converting the app into a platform - so that users would be able to make such modifications themselves.
