Hi there, we are using the cPanel version of WebMail Pro on a 30 day trial. I was hoping it would pick up the contacts that were being used in RoundCube, but it hasn't. I tried exporting the group as a vcf from roundcube, but I get an error when importing the vcf into WebMail Pro. Tried just one group at a time and get the same error.
Any ideas welcome
best
Nick

Not sure if I understand what exactly is the problem. Are you saying you've attempted to import a group, or a set of contacts? Currently, WebMail Pro can only import contacts, not groups - but we consider adding support for importing and exporting groups in future versions as well.

Thanks for the quick reply. Even just selecting all contacts in RoundCube then exporting as a vcf, still gives us the error [ Errror importing contacts ] when we import into WMPro

I see. Please provide us with the VCF file via HelpDesk, developers will check it and see if anything can be done about it.
Also, please confirm whether you encounter the same problem when trying to import a single contact. Thanks.

This was found to be a permissions error, just in case any comes across it. It was account specific, which fooled me.
