Hi, everyone
We had defined our webmail in a certain address/URL (which is still available). Somehow mailto links in firefox got associated with that URL.
I wanted to associate with new host/URL we set for afterlogic. I deleted mailto association to old Afterlogic URL in firefox, now how do I make afterlogic auto add itself there again?
Thanks.

If WebMail Pro has prompted user regarding mailto associations, it saves the flag in browser's local storage, to make sure that there will be no prompt again, even if browser's cache and cookies were purged.
To reset that flag to its initial state, open developer's console with Ctrl-Shift-K and enter the following line in the console:
Code:
localStorage['MailtoAsked'] = 0 |
|
|
Then reopen WebMail page and you should get the prompt.

Ran out of ideas. In next version, we'll add the ability to run mailto association in Settings.

Alex

It worked. I had to clear the predefined site settings where I clear cookies, cache, then it asked again about association.
Anyways, good idea perhaps to add to settings.
Thank you.
