Hi!
I use the asp.net version with IMAP. While login in to the account for the first time, all folders and mails are read and stored into the database, right? So far, every thing works OK but I noticed that some (sub-)folders and their content is read over and over again for every login attempt (there is no new message in that folders). Is this normal? It slows down the login process a lot...
Thanks,
Konrad

To let us help you on this, please open a ticket in our HelpDesk, include a reference to this forum thread and submit both the log files according to this documentation page.

Igor,
I'm still testing with the lite version to see if it can fulfill our requirements. I guess opening a ticket is not possible here, right?

While community editions do not come with guaranteed support from AfterLogic, I believe this issue is worth investigating. Without the log files, we are unable to suggest any reasons why the issue occurs. Eventually, codebase of both Pro and Lite version is the same so there's a chance to reproduce this issue in WebMail Pro too.
By the way, WebMail Pro is also available for free testing, either as 30-days evaluation copy or in terms of free license limited to 5 user accounts. So, checking if the same problem occurs in Pro sounds like a good idea to me.

What does that mean? Do you want me to post the log file here or how should we handle this. So far, I would like to continue investigating this with the version I have in place. If there is no other way, then I could install the pro version and try to reproduce it.
So, what do you think - can we continue investigating with the lite version?
Thanks,
Konrad

Basically, I said that we don't provide guaranteed support for Lite versions. However, we're ready to make an exception in this particular case. And I didn't say to post the log here, please submit it via HelpDesk, just don't select anything in "What product are you using" dropdown.

I see the ticket, but I don't see a log file attached to it.
