You're saying you log into WebMail adminpanel, but are you speaking of MailSuite Lite or WebMail PHP adminpanel? You can only create MailSuite-hosted accounts in adminpanel of MailSuite Lite, it won't work with WebMail PHP as it can access existing accounts only.

That's correct. If you use webmail client (not necessarily AfterLogic WebMail, that would apply to any other client), you can only access existing accounts. WebMail uses standard POP3/IMAP/SMTP protocols, and non of those support creating email accounts or, say, changing account password. For this to work, tight mailserver integration is required, and it is available for AdminPanel and WebMail bundled within MailSuite. You can still use WebMail PHP to access accounts created within MailSuite Lite.
