I have installed the outlook addin but after the first time i synchronizaed cntacts and the calendar it has now started to delete all contacts added after the first synchronization instead of synchronizing them.  can yoh please help because i have already lost all new contacts made after i installed the addin tool.

Are you running WebMail Pro ASP.NET or PHP? What's the version number of WebMail Pro? And, what's the version of Outlook Sync Add-In?
Where exactly did you lose contacts - in Outlook, WebMail Pro or both of them?

i am using the php version, 4.9 and i lose contacts when i try to sync to the webmail which is located on another server.Everytime i click on sync they disappear but i dont have the same problem when i have webmail installed on a local server

Current version of WebMail Pro is 5.0, try it and check if the issue persists.

i have downloaded that but the issue stil persists. When i have a local PHP/MYSQL server installed on my local machine everything works fine but when i deploy it on a server in my company's network the issue occurs. The wierd thing is that after the contacts disappear when i synchronize with the live server, they reappear when i change the connection and synchronize with my local server! I havent made any changes to the live server except for the URL so i dont exactly get what the problem is. When i try "test Connection" it works but the synchronization does nothing the first time i press it and on pressing the second time,all the contacts disappear and no synchronization occurs.

one more thing, the calendar actually sync, its the contacts that do not sync
