Hello,
I have had WebMail installed for a while now. I have decided to install an SSL certificate on my domain, so I need to look at how I get Webmail to use the SSL?

To put this exact, WebMail Pro cannot use SSL certificates itself. It can either connect to SSL-powered mail servers, or can be installed on secure host and accessed through https:// rather than http://. Depending on what exactly you require, you'll need to reconfigure mail server or web server respectively, this kind of configuration is not connected with WebMail Pro directly.
