Are you able to add this user account in Admin Panel or you get the same error there as well? Make sure that POP3 port (995 in your case) is not blocked by a firewall or any other protective software.
If you'd like AfterLogic Support staff to help you with this, please submit your request to our HelpDesk. If your WebMail Pro installation can be accessed over the Internet, please provide us with its access details so we could run a few tests.
NB: As this issue is related to AfterLogic WebMail, not AfterLogic XMail Server, it was moved to appropriate section of the forum.
