I'm on Windows with Apache 2 and PHP 5.2.3. Everytime i try to log-in "Error while parsing XML.
Error code 3.
Response text:" shows and the page just freeze. I check on the forum that this might be a problem with Non-latin language and is fixed in version 4.4. I check in the data folder and looks like emails are downloaded. Any suggestion would be appreciated.

Could you enable logging in WebMail Admin Panel / Debug Settings / Enable Logging, reproduce the issue and provide us with the log file for examination?

Another question, how do i add another encoding to the system. I'd like to use windows-874.

Adding new encodings is not supported out-of-box. The only way is to modify the source code. If you'd like us to assist you in this regard, please contact us.
