Hi,
I'm trying to access a POP account via the webmail. It has around 650 messages in it. Currently it shows the correct amount of messages in the webmail window, but them lists the inbox as empty. The log shows
[10/20/2008 11:17:35] POP3 <<: 336 3101795754BE1.out
[10/20/2008 11:17:35] POP3 <<: 337 3101795810BFA.out

I thought it might be a corrupt email, but they all look OK. If I remote the 340+ ones from the list, it still falls over at the 340 mark on different messages.
Any idea what might cause this? Is there a limit to the amount of messages webmail can see?

There is a quota for user mailbox, it can be set from WebMail Admin console for particular user account. But there are no limits for number of messages stored in WebMail.
Based on the log file, we assume you use WebMail Pro PHP, is that right? Please let us know the exact name and version of the product you use. You can find the exact version by opening Help page in WebMail Admin console.
We'd also like to know, are there indeed empty lines in the log file, or you've cleared them to shorten the log? We need a complete log file to find out what causes the issue. Please navigate to "Debug Settings > Enable Logging" in WebMail Admin console, click "Clear Log" button, reproduce the issue and send us the log file examination.
Regards,
Igor

Thanks for the quick response. There were 650 odd lines, so I omitted the repeated lines
[10/20/2008 11:17:35] POP3 <<:
There were no blank lines. I just did that to indicate the break - where I'd cut the duplicate lines out.
I'm actually using the php lite 4.1.x, but have just updated it to 4.2 with the same result.
Here is a full log file from login
