The serious problem is that if I enable the advanced login function at homepage and click it before login, I can sucessfully login, but if I do not follow that instruction, it always shows "can not connect to pop3". I had already config the pop and smtp server in admin and saved.
Does any one can tell me why?

Please let us know what version of MailBee WebMail you use (PHP or .NET, Pro or Lite).
Please enable logging in WebMail Admin Console (mailadm) (Debug Settings > Enable Logging), reproduce both the cases and send us the log file for examination.
