MailBee.SMTP component is for sending email, not for receiving. If you're interested in filtering junk email when receiving email (such as with MailBee.POP3 or MailBee.IMAP4 component), you should either use anti-spam feature of your mail server (so that junk mails won't appear in your inbox) or install some kind of anti-spam filter on your machine which would intercept all incoming POP3/IMAP traffic and remove spam mails so that MailBee.POP3/IMAP4 component will receive only solicited email.
Regards,
Alex
