Have you tried to enable SMTP authentication? Does firewall allow outbound connections on port 25? What error message is displayed?
I guess you should use exactly the same settings you're using with regular mail client such as Outlook Express on the same machine where MailBee is installed. Once you have succeeded with sending via Outlook Express, you should be able to send via MailBee on the same machine with the same SMTP settings.
Regards,
Alex
