Could you please enable logging SMTP session into a file, reproduce the issue and provide us with the log file for examination?
Regards,
Igor

Thank you for the log file you provided. The log states mail.jofer-pt.com SMTP server doesn't support SSL/TLS. Try another mail server like gmail.com, but use port 465 and SSL.UseStartTLS = false.
Best regards,
Andrew

Thanks. One last question any issues regarding use your component with VISTA ? mainly with innosetup installer.
In near past we have some problems registering 3rd part dll/ocx/components in VISTA.

MailBee SMTP Component works fine on Vista. You may try to register/unregister it via standard regsvr32 utility. There also should be no problems with innosetup installer.
Best regards,
Andrew
