Hi,
When I double click on a email to open it in a new window (or click the open in new window button) I only get a blank page. Do you know what may cause this?

Hi wojo,
I'm facing this problem with the Plugin for Cpanel. The installation was done exactly Following the installation steps and everything works fine.
This is the only problem, when i try opening emails in new window. This error occurs in Google Chrome browser, I try to open, but the new page is totally blank.
When access webmail by Mozilla Firefox browser the problem does not happen.
How you fixed this? Could someone help?

Hi rodfuchs30,
I had a the webmail installed in a subdirectory, with a htaccess both in root and the subdirectory. The problem got resolved when I removed the htaccess file from the subdirectory.

Hello rodfuchs30,
There is indeed a known problem with messages showing blank page when opening in a new window, we expect it to be fixed in upcoming 7.6 version. But it would be good if you confirm that you face exactly that problem, see if you can reproduce it using Live Demo of WebMail.

Hi community and support team,
I use the lite-version 7.6. I have the same problem with the browser: firefox. On the internet explorer, chrome, opera and on the ipad mobile browser it works very well.
When I double click on a email to open it in a new window or click the open in new window button in the right frame, I only get a blank page. When I reload this opened blank page it shows me the mail. Whats wrong?
I'm interested to buy the pro version only for me and for the personal use for my family. My family and I'm using the firefox and love it. But when the lite-version make problems with this browser ... I don't know if I should buy the pro edition.

I thought I have found the issue when I set the webmail prefetch to false 'webmail.use-prefetch' => false, But I have the same problem

Hi Manuel,
Can you please try installing version 7.6.2 and see if it helps? I'm quite sure the issue is already fixed in current release.
There's also a way to have this adjusted in earlier versions, by adding the following item to array defined in data/settings/config.php file:

Also note that WebMail Lite shouldn't be confused with WebMail Pro trial available for download here. You can try out the Pro version before purchasing the license, of course.

I installed Version 7.6.2. But it's the same issue.
But when I add the code: 'labs.cache-ctrl' => false, to my config.php file. It works very well

I found the bug!
It seems, that the problem is not Afterlogic or any configuration in the config.php file! The problem occurs only when I open mails of one and the same company! So I called the company and we found the bug in their newsletters: The style-format in the body-tag was not closed properly. The source code was wrong. All new newsletters will be displayed correctly.
When I insert this code: 'labs.cache-ctrl' => false,
it seems, that the WebMail ignores wrong source codes.
