Hello
I use the lite version and I'll buy the PRO.
1) Should I uninstall the lite version and then install the PRO?
2) How does the sync calendar with iphone, you should install some additional?
3) The calendar syncs with Outlook?

While direct upgrade might work, that's not guaranteed. So it's recommended to install the Pro version from scratch. But of course, you're allowed to run both Pro and Lite if you might need that for any reason.

You simply need to log into WebMail Pro from iPhone and it'll offer you to get iOS profile, it automatically configures sync for mails, contacts and calendars.

Sync with Outlook is not available yet. And at the moment, we're not sure if it gets into the Pro version; there's one more version we're going to offer, specifically designed for businesses who require collaborative features such as this one.
