hey,
 
 Admin and user panel i have Warning error and i cant login... please help me

Sounds like there's a problem with session support in your PHP configuration. On this forum, we have already suggested a simple script which tests session support. The script is found here. It will show ERROR message if session data is not passed as expected, and OK message otherwise.
