Hello support!
Why are our sent messages not automatically displayed correctly in Outlook 2003 when it is received with IMAP?
When I receive the same message in Outlook 2003 with a POP account, the Greek mail is displayed correctly!
Could there be something wrong with my sent message?
Or maybe, Outlook has problems with UTF-8 mails in IMAP modus? Any idee?
I have no clue at the moment
Thank you!

Hm. Could you please provide us with an example of such message?
We use The Bat! e-mail client software, it provides "Default Charset" option for each IMAP folder and if that charset doesn't correspond to message's charset, it sometimes causes issues. With regard to MS Outlook, we never encountered such issue, but the message sample may help us to investigate the issue.
Best regards,
Andrew

Hi Andrew!
I tested something else....
I sended a Greek mail from Gmail to us .. and when:
1. I POP this message ...the greek subject and message are displayed correctly (without user interaction)
2. When I IMAP this same message he is not displayed correctly automaticly. I have to change the Outlook-Message-Encoding to whatever and change it back to UTF-8, then I see the Greek test message.
Conclusion ... it has nothing to do with the Mailbee Component, and nothing with our code.
It's a problem with IMAP in Outlook 2003 (without SP and happend even on SP3)!
We are going to find an Outlook 2007 next week maybe they fixed this issue.
Have a nice weekend!
Marco
