How ever if i 1st send an email from Web portal, and then send email from outlook (while creating a new account) my sent items folder stays sync. This make me think that sent folder is only created when we send email from web portal. Need help here.

The assumption is 99% correct, folders are created when user logs into their account for the first time, and that behavior is not configurable I'm afraid.

Igor there is a difference here, either folders are created when user logs in, or they are created when he tries to send the mail?

Those are created when user logs into web interface for the first time.

Also, if user has Outlook set up for IMAP access, and email message was sent from Outlook, with Sent folder created on IMAP - that folder will be recognized by web interface of MailSuite Pro, as long as that folder was created with one of the standard names (Sent, Sent Mails, Sent Items).

And you're running version 7.5 of the product, right? You can check version number as shown here.

Let me see if I understand this correctly. When you log into webmail interface, you don't see Sent in folders list?

Anyway, you'll need to check if it's something you can reproduce in current version.
